BCTGM Local 492 members produce all varieties of Tastykake products at the companyÕs bakery in Philadelphia. The baking companyÕs signature sponge cake, either with butterscotch icing or infused with a variety of jellies. Krimpets have been one of TastykakeÕs icon products since their introduction in 1927. Krimpet varieties include: Butterscotch Krimpets, Jelly Krimpets, Peanut Butter & Jelly Krimpets, Strawberry Krimpets, Spice Kake Krimpets, AlexÕs Lemon Krimpets, Pancake Krimpets, and Doublicious: Butterscotch Krimpets.
